Today, we are incredibly excited to announce two awesome new updates to our Courses product: the launch of our public Course Creation Platform and the addition of 18 new, free curated Courses!
After we released our first 22 Courses, we were flooded with positive feedback. What excited us more, though, was that hundreds of you offered suggestions to improve these courses, or shared ideas for Courses you wanted us to create or even requested to build a Course yourself. We were so inspired by your enthusiasm that we immediately began work on features that would help us better deliver the material that you wanted.
In response to those subject matter experts who wanted to build their own Course, we decided to provide an easy-to-use tool for developing an engaging educational experience and publishing it to the Course Hero website. With our new public Course Creation Platform, we’re inviting teachers of all forms to share their expertise with the world.
Along with the Course Creation Platform, we’re also proud to announce the addition of 18 new curated Courses to our course catalog. Back in April, we invited you to tell us what Courses you wanted to take and we listened: from Photoshop to Advanced Excel with Macros, this round of Courses is the direct result of you suggestions.
As we continue to develop Courses, we want to hear from you! Take our Courses–or create one!–and tell us what you love, what’s working, what’s not. Let us know how we can make it better. We’re committed to delivering the educational materials that our users want, those Courses that help you get ahead in school, fulfill your personal goals or prepare for a job, so let us know how we’re doing.
