• ### Concept 1

Your units have a cost associated with building them. However, their value is described by what you can do with them. What they can do is related to what they are trying to do. Specifically in StarCraft, units are used to defeat other units. Each unit's value then changes based on what unit they are trying to defeat. This value is described as efficiency.

Estimated time: ~2 Minutes
• ### Concept 2

Each unit in an army of units versus another army has a different efficiency per type of unit in the opposing army. This concept describes how you can determine which army has a higher efficiency.

Estimated time: ~5 Minutes
• ### Concept 3

Each unit in an army of units versus another army has a different efficiency per type of unit in the opposing army. This concept describes how you can determine which army has a higher efficiency. This video shows an example, with numbers plugged in.

Estimated time: ~7 Minutes
• ### Concept 4

Other factors that change a units efficiency that are not considered in this equation.

Estimated time: ~2 Minutes
• ### Concept 5

Using functions as a solution for non combat units or special abilities. How these units change efficiency of other units. How to plug that new efficiency into the equation.

Estimated time: ~3 Minutes
• ### Chapter 3 Test
