4320/5320 NRM Fall 2007 QUIZZES 3&4 The focus of the earlier assigned set of readings was testimonies associated with the political influence of Julie McDonald on biological decisions and subsequent policy within the Department of Interior. The Congressional investigation included several witnesses that highlighted the impact of the political decisions as well as testimony from a representative of the Department of Interior. Quizzes 3 and 4 will be combined for a total of 100 points. The assignment is compare, to contrast, and critique the testimony of the Department of Interior and other witnesses. In particular, critique each testimony in light of the instructions and goals for the hearing given by the chair of the committee. Please provide your maximum 2-page response by 27 November either hard copy in class or via email. Please contact me if you have any questions. The readings are posted on the Quiz page in the event that they were not printed or down loaded when posted on the weekly reading page.
