Association EEOS Notes Nov. 15th, 2007
Winter Solstice Event o Show at Museum of science, 50 minutes, called Winterlight:
o Needs to be booked 15 days in advance, dont need money in advance o Chose Dec. 21st as the date o Tickets are $6, combo show and museum available for $9, will not be asking
GSA for funding for this event
o During next seminar, will make quick announcement describing the show, the
date, and the options for show and/or combo pass o Will circulate a sign up list with a slot to check off for combo pass if desired * Prassede will send out e-mail with same info, and will make sign-up list
End of Semester Party
o Will be on Thursday, Dec. 12th, 12:00 1:30, wanted time before finals so
o o o o more students could attend Will be ordering pizza Each EEOS Assoc. member will check out two local pizza places to check if they deliver, additional price, options? (Salads, etc?) Also want drinks, will encourage additional food/sweets Need additional vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option, maybe Sodexho sushi? Want budget nailed down by the end of the month
