DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner Inconsistent with its labeling. This label and the federal label for this product must be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application. For application to established (6 or more tillers per plant) Kentucky bluegrass, taIl fescue, orchardgrass. perennial ryegrass, bentgrass or fine fescue fields. Follow all applicable directions, restrictions, and precautions on this supplemental label and the main EPA-registered label. It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Observe all cautions and limitations on this label and on the labels of products used in combination with STEALTH.

The use of STEALTH not consistent with this label can result in injury to crops, animals or persons. Keep containers dosed to avoid spills and contamination. DO NOT use in manufacturing products for application to turf and ornamentals, GENERAL INFORMATION STEALTH controls most annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds as they germinate, but it will not control established weeds. Destroy existing weeds before applying STEALTH (except as recommended in specific postemergence combination treatments). Unusually cold, excessively wet, or hot and dry conditions that delay germination or extend it over a long period of time can reduce weed control. Applied according to label directions and under normal growing conditions, STEALTH or STEALTH tank-mix combinations will not cause crop injury. Over-application can result in crop stand loss, crop injury, or soil residues. Uneven application or improper soil incorporation can decrease weed control or cause crop injury. Soil incorporation deeper than recommended can reduce weed control. Seedling diseases, cold weather, excessive moisture, shallow or deep planting, low or high soil pH, high soil salt concentration, or drought can weaken seedlings and plants and increase the possibility of crop damage from STEALTH. Under these conditions, crop yields can be reduced. Use of STEALTH herbicide in accordance with label directions is expected to result in normal growth of rotational crops in most situations; however, various environmental and agronomic factors make it impossible to eliminate all risks associated with the use of STEALTH and, therefore, rotational crop injury is always possible. Naturally occurring biotypes* of some of the weeds listed on this label may not be effectively controlled by this and/or other products with the mitotic inhibiting mode of action. Other herbicides with the mitotic mode inhibiting of action include other dinitroaniline herbicides such as Treflan, TRI-4 herbicide and Sonolan 1OG. If naturally occurring mitotic inhibiting resistant biotypes are present in a field, STEALTH and/or any other mitotic inhibiting mode of action herbicide should be tank-mixed or applied sequentially with an appropriate registered herbicide having a different mode of action to ensure control. *A weed biotype is a naturally occurring plant within a given species that has a slightly different, but distinct, genetic makeup from other plants. See your Loveland Products, Inc. representative for additional information. PERENNIAL GRASSES FOR SEED PRODUCTION STEALTH applied prior to weed emergence will control annual bluegrass, volunteer fescue and volunteer ryegrass in addition to the weeds listed on the STEALTH label. It will not control established weeds, therefore; it may be necessary to control weeds that have germinated prior to the application of STEALTH with an alterative herbicide that has post-emergence activity on those weeds. STEALTH may cause temporary injury to grass stands. Tank mixtures of STEALTH may result in enhanced crop injury. Diseases, extremely cold weather, drought, extensive frost heaving, low or high pH, or salinity may weaken stands and make them more susceptible to herbicidal damage. Refer to the STEALTH container label for a complete listing of weeds controlled. Apply STEALTH at the beginning of significant fall rains and prior to weed germination. Uniformly apply 4.8 to 7.2 pints of STEALTH per acre in 10 or more gallons of water per acre with ground equipment. The higher application rate should be used where heavy weed seedling or volunteer seedling infestations are anticipated CHEMIGATION APPLICATION STEALTH may be applied through sprinkler irrigation systems including center pivot, lateral move, side (wheel) roll, solid set, or hand move types. For complete instructions and precautions regarding chemigation refer to the main label for STEALTH. Prior to weed germination, uniformly apply 4.8 to 7.2 pints of STEALTH per acre through sprinkler irrigation systems. If soil condition is extremely dry, a pre-chemigation irrigation of to inch is recommended to enhance the incorporation of STEALTH. Chemigate as soon as possible after the pre-chemigation irrigation.
