September 15, 2004 Dear Sam's Club, As a way to make final exam week a little brighter for illinois state University students, Milner Library is planning to provide evening study breaks during finals week . Students will be able to enjoy coffee, hot chocolate, and doughnuts while taking a break from their studies without having to leave the university library. Milner Library will host study breaks on three evenings during finals week , December 12 - 14. We need your help. We are asking several businesses in town to assist us in this effort by donating to these study breaks. Please consider having Sam's Club donate donuts or a sweet for one of the evenings. Any donation would be appreciated with a recommendation of a minimum of 10 dozen. Sponsors for the study break will have their name displayed and will be acknowledged in various publicity materials. If you would like to participate as a study break sponsor, please contact Toni Tucker at (309) 438-7402 or ttucker@ilstu.edu by November 15, 2004. Thank you for considering our request. With your support we can take a stressful time for students and make it a little more bearable. Sincerely, Toni Tucker Assistant to the Dean of University Libraries illinois state University
