NOTE: The slurry should be damp but not overly wet. About the consistency of thick pancake batter. Snip off the corner of the bag and squeeze the contents a into 50-60ml syringe which has been modified by removing the Luer lock tip. Holding a new vial in one hand squeeze out about 10-15 ml of medium out of the syringe into the bottom of the vial. Make sure the syringe tip is touching the bottom of the vial when you squeeze out the medium. Add 3-5 grains of dry yeast to the vial and the plug.
