PLS 1/9/06 201 Declaration Reading The reading for me was definitely more effective than if I went to sit down and read it myself, especially since you can get a little emotion out of the speaker's voice. I must have ADD or something but I have to admit at times my mind would randomly wonder off, but nothing that wouldn't if happen I was reading it. Although, seeing Whoppi Goldberg for the first time brought my attention back. I would tend to think that being at a live reading of it would be even more effective. The fact that it had celebrities reading it was somewhat of a plus I guess. Normal people reading it would have worked for me.
