Motivation
In the previous assignment we were introduced to the TranRunJ scheduler. Featured items were intertask communication and the state structure of tasks. This week we will add a completely new task to the realtime control program in the form of a motion proler. Physically, a motion proler will smooth the linear motion of the motor/carriage apparatus. From a programming standpoint, the motion proler will have a fairly complex state structure and will require a rerouting of the information exchanged by tasks.
