Enhancements to AMCAS Ethnicity Mapping This section discusses the new AMCAS Ethnicity Map page. AMCAS provides race codes to your institution as part of the AMCAS layout. These codes are defined by application year and can vary from application year to application year. The AMCAS race codes must be mapped to a PeopleSoft Ethnic Group code in order to populate this data when creating the person on the Add/Update a Person component.
