The client meeting was held with Ms. Julie Sanchez at software engineering conference room. The agenda of the meeting was our final WinWin negotiation. All the team members were included in the meeting and PM Jae recorded the whole meeting. We planned to continue to record all our meetings in the future so that who ever misses the meeting can follow the recorded meetings. In this meeting, every member in the team discussed his win conditions with client and vice versa. Both members and client agreed to most of the conditions but a few of them were not clear and need further interaction. So we are planning to discuss these issues with the
client in the next meeting. Almost all WinWin conditions can be achieved if every thing goes well.
Following are the observations made by some of the team members attended the meeting: Mr. Jae Young Bang(Project Manager) There was the second WikiWinWIn Negotiation session on Thursday October 2nd. We cleared out the rest of our doubts about the system, and stated them into win conditions. Some of her images about the future system was very different from my images so we had negotiate. to Even though some of the issues are still remaining not agreed, they will be taken care of in the next client meeting. Mr. Ka Ho Au(Prototyper) We have finalized all the requirements from the client. The requirements she mentioned last time pretty much matches the requirements she had earlier. The requirements seem reasonable within time constraints and I believe we can just keep in touch with her while developing the product and we are good with the project. Mr. Shi Heng Guan(Planning and Control Engineer/ Asst. Shaper) The client negotiation and meeting clarify a lot of requirements as feature on the system. She prioritized the important ones in the way that we can manage to focus on the essential part of the project first. I learn that the search will be done more inside a script and not much need to search for the visitor. The negotiation flows with ideas and specific details about the system.
