Good 5 Reasons to attend Developing Dynamic Leaders t Community and Economic Development Developing Dynamic Leaders Improve your leadership skills Increase your effectiveness in your job and your community Pick up new tools and techniques for effectively leading groups Share ideas with other leaders Find out how to inspire people and move organizations forward Greene Leadership 2009 January 19 April 6, 2009 A Leadership Plan The Developing Dynamic Leaders program focuses on individual skill building and developing the self confidence of participants to get involved in their communities. t t A Leadership Challenge Its no secret. There is a leadership challenge brewing in Iowa as the number of people willing to step into leadership positions declines. Civic and service organizations are shrinking as past leaders get worn out and new leaders cant be found or someone reluctantly steps forward at the last minute. Reluctant leadersdrafted leadersunchallenged leaders may eventually become great leaders. But there is a better way. The content focus is on helping participants to better understand themselves and others to build effective work teams and learning how to improve communication skills. The program also studies differences in management and leadership styles, and key elements of effective leadership. t t The training I received through Greene Leadership 2001 was very beneficial to me on a personal and professional level. The topics were relevant and the speakers outstanding. I encourage anyone interested in developing their leadership skills on a personal or professional level to enroll in this course. Tanya Betts, Greene Leadership Graduate Registration Information This fast-paced leadership program is open to anyone interested in improving their leadership skills.
