At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

Page 1, line 4: after individuals insert , a sales tax and use tax exemption
for nonprescription drugs.

Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:
SECTION 3m. 77.54 (14v) of the statutes is created to read: 77.54 (14v) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption of nonnarcotic drugs which may be sold without a prescription and which are prepackaged for by use consumers and labeled in accordance with the requirements of state and federal law..
