10.2 Team Jeff Collins Richard Herseim Clint Sade John Stevenson Assignment #L5b--Project Plan 11/20/00 Context: This is the second assignment in the second project. For this assignment we are required to plan out our tasks ahead of time and then in the third assignment, implement some of them. We will create a schedule to manage our time, a table of tasks, and our evaluation of each task in relation to timing. Discussion: Upon completing L5b, as a team, we have decided upon a number of activities that are needed to accomplish the goals we developed in L5a. In order to find these activities, there were a number of processes we went through. We conducted a KT Situation Analysis, as well as a KT Potential Problem Analysis. With the use of these processes, we not only found activities that we have to do, but we also have a schedule in which to do it. With our project plan complete, we now know what we have to do and when we have to do it. In addition, we added a critical path diagram for project two to show us what needs to be completed in order for tasks other to be started. Hopefully, this diagram will also give an overview of the overall project. Our team now looks forward to getting our ideas developed, so that we can present them in our oral presentation next week. KTSA This table will help us organize our tasks and allow us to see which ones are most important.
