For this purpose, we ask that you provide us with an evaluation of the effort made by the other members of your team. Note that we are not asking you to rate the importance of a team members contributions; it is up to the team as a whole to organize the work so as to enable all members to contribute as effectively as possible. In order to reduce the degree of subjectivity and bias from self-interest, we will not consider any information provided about your own efforts when deciding how to adjust the nal grade for the team members. For each of your team members, not including yourself, please assign a percentage of total the effort made by that team member to complete MP3. The total effort in this calculation should not include your own work, thus the sum of the values should be 100.
