This Project will require students to design a CocaCola vending machine that will incorporate a biometric sensor as a form of payment. This system will have a database which will assign an ID number that will be linked to the students account. Upon on purchase of the CocaCola product via biometric sensor a given amount will be deducted from the students This account. system will also incorporate a LCD screen which will display the balance of the students account upon purchase. Required Skills The students must understand the design of the CocaCola vending machine as well as the biometric system involved. The student will also need to know database programming depending on which type of database the team will use.
