I understand that this outline is to help organize my paper, but I highly doubt that when it comes down to it my paper will be anywhere close to my outline. I think that I will have effective arguments throughout the paper and not in just one spot. When I write a paper I believe that you need to state your point of view and then back it up before you go on to the next one. A paper should not just have all the arguments in one specific spot. As for how I am showing counter arguments I would more say that I am showing both sides of the coin. That is what is great about living in the United States is that we are all entitled to our own opinions. I feel that I need to show how others feel. Immigration is a hot topic right now, but in all reality a majority of Americans are for some type of immigration reform and want something done about the illegal immigrants that are here as well as stopping them from coming in especially from Mexico.
