The purported benefits of this product are: - Green tea can help reduce the risks of esophageal, (the tube through which food passes from the pharynx to the stomach) skin and many other forms of Cancer, mainly by its highly significant antioxidant properties. - Green Tea can help to lower cholesterol and cuts the risk of stroke in men. (American Medical Association). -Green Tea can help suppress and reverse aging, and refreshes the body with it's high Vitamin B content that helps the human body better deal with stress, and release more energy. - Green Tea can help restrain the growth of various bacteria that cause disease. - Green Tea can help stop cavities because of it's rich Fluoride content present in it's natural form, and can help prevent bad breath. - Green Tea helps eliminate constipation. - Green tea can even help dieters with weight loss. 3. The possible health risks of this product are : The major risks from green tea are mostly related to the amount of caffeine in the drink. For some, they may be sensitive to this, and it may cause hyperactivity, anxiety, or insomnia. However, it should be kept in mind that there are only about thirty milligrams of caffeine, much less than a pop or coffee. So you could argue the caffeine in green tea is a minimal risk to your health though it is a risk for some. Tea contains about half the amount of caffeine found in coffee, so moderate consumption of green tea is unlikely to cause problems for the majority people. 4. of The Components that are present, their role and the amount of the product that needs to be used for the effect Green Tea conta ins a very high va lue of Catechin Polyphenols that have antioxidant p roperties that are known to fight against cancer.
