form Feedback for Team Projects Management 3010 Your Name___________________________ Please allocate points to each of your team members and yourself in relation to their overall contribution to the four projects you completed during the semester. You have 100 points per member of your team. For example, if your team had four members you have 400 points, if your team had five members you have 500 points. If the team member you are rating did exactly what they were expected and contributed fully, then you would give that member 100 points. If that member did more than his or her share you would give them more points. If they did less than their share, you would give them less points. IMPORTANT: cannot You give anyone more than 120 points or less than 80 points. Your total points must add up to 100 times the number of people on your team. I have included sample values below. Make sure that you include yourself. Name Points Person 1 110 Person 2 105 Person 3 98 Person 4 87 Justification. Please provide a justification for why you allocated points as you did. This information and your rating are confidential and will not be shared with your team members, but will help me to defend if for example someone claimed that they got penalized because someone on their team just didnt like them. Return this form to me, preferably as an email attachment by the last day that your final runs.
