Para algunas estudiantes, la escuela pblica es perfecta porque se puede hacer actividades sociales y contribuir a los clubs y organizaciones de la escuela tambin. Por otro lado, la escuela de casa es mejor para nios que son muy inteligentes o que no necesitan la experiencia de una escuela grande. Las escuelas pblicas frecuentemente son las escuelas ms grandes en el pas. Estas instituciones pueden dar clases a miles de estudiantes cada da. El beneficio ms obvio es que los estudiantes pueden relacionarse con otros y formar relaciones y la amistad. Las escuelas pblicas tambin tienen actividades para los estudiantes durante el da y despus de las clases. Por ejemplo, algunas de estas actividades son los clubs de drama, cantar y de arte. Para algunos estudiantes, los deportes son la faceta ms distinta en la vida escolar. Especficamente, el futbol americano y el baloncesto son populares. Los estudiantes participan por jugar en el partido o apoyar el equipo en cada partido. Estas actividades son la parte de escuela mas especial- su hijo puede hacer socio de un club o un equipo de deportes y por eso, puede formar las amistades y tambin destrezas aparte del mundo acadmico. Para otras estudiantes, las amistades y la vida social no es tan importante, es mas imperativo sacar buenas notas y tener una educacin enfocada. Si este es como su estudiante, la escuela de casa puede ser perfecta. Para estas estudiantes, el da de escuela es tan diferente. No necesitar llevar ropa apropiada para el da, puede llevar sus pijamas para estudiar! Para la madre o el padre, va a ser la profesora para su hijo o hija. Es su responsabilidad ensear a su estudiante y mantener su inteligencia. Aunque esta hecho puede ser una desventaja para un estudiante de casa, mucha gente que va a clases cada da esta celosa que no pueden llevar ropa casual. Mucha gente tiene una percepcin falsa de la escuela
de aunque casa; tiene menos estructura que el da de un estudiante de una escuela pblica, hay mucha tensin en el estudiante porque necesita mantenerse al ritmo con el material de los estudiantes pblicos. Aunque los estudiantes no tienen clases cada da, si necesitan tomar exmenes del estado y escribir aplicaciones de las universidades. Es importante para los padres que mantienen el horario de estas cosas para su estudiante. El sistema de estudiar en casa no es para todos, si pueden estudiar cualquier quieren, es difcil porque no hay profesores que pueden ayudar con tarea y no hay otras estudiantes que pueden colaborar. Muchas veces, estas estudiantes estn buen preparados para la universidad porque saben cmo estudiar solos. Si hay ventajas de estudiar en casa, pero tambin hay desventajas. Por ejemplo, no hay amigos en sus clases, no hay actividades o eventos para atender como los bailes y es difcil tener una vida social. Aunque varios estudiantes de escuelas pblicas estn celosos a estudiantes de casa porque no necesitan tomar clases aburridas, no tienen que tomar clases de profesores tacaos y pueden levantarse en cualquier hora quieren, hay ventajas de una escuela pblica que no puede tener sin atender la escuela secundaria. Una de estas ventajas especiales es sobre los oportunidades de la universidad. A veces, universidades va a considerar a estudiantes de escuelas pblicas para atender a su universidad. Estas estudiantes pueden ser atlticas, inteligentes o lideres de sus escuelas. Sin una vida en una escuela pblica, es posible que su hijo no pueda obtener estas oportunidades. Si hay ventajas y desventajas de cada escuela, pero es necesario elegir la opcin perfecta para su hijo o hija. para decidir, necesita considerar cuales partes de la experiencia de colegio son las ms importantes para su estudiante. Debe preguntar a su hijo tambin cuales partes de la universidad son importantes a ellos. Quieren jugar basquetbol para mujeres? Quieren atender la facultad de medicina despus de la universidad? Quieren hacer socio de una asociacin? Todas de estas preguntas son importantes cuando est decidiendo a la manera que quiere su hijo tomar sus clases del colegio.
