This is the statement that I would make when addressing the employees in the company: Today there was a tragic accident. We had a cave in at the San Jose Mine approximately 33 of our worker are trap in the mine at this time. There has not been any reports of any deaths as of yet. This is something that be must handled quickly. No one should speak to anyone out of the company about this accident without authorization. We are going to need everyone working together get a financial plan in order to handle any financial issues that may occur. This is something that this company can handle as long as we work as team. There is nothing to worry about just a situation that needs to be handled.
