Ma, io continuo a passare il giorno con la mia famiglia per non pi ho dico, "Felice Ringraziamento." Quest'anno sono andato a casa di mia zia a cena con la famiglia di mio padre. Tutti i parenti di mio padre erano a casa. Abbiamo mangiato la pasta, poi il tacchino, il ripieno, i asparagi, i piselli, le patate e la salsa. La maggior parte dei ragazzi hanno guardato la partita di calcio. Erano felici quando i Cowboys vinto. Ho giocato con i miei cuginetti e Rachel mi ha insegnato come fare un fiore e un portafoglio del nastro adesivo. Dopo cena siamo andati a casa di mio zio a mangiare dolci con la famiglia di mia madre. Noi tutti hanno parlato e alcune delle mie zie e cugini sono uscito per andare a fare shopping. Il cane di zio, mio Dallas, saltato sulli miei cuginetti. In passato, io sono andato a fare la spesa con le mie zie e cugini, ma quest'anno ho avuto troppo compiti e da studiare. Quando uno con la mia famiglia il Ringraziamento molto informale. Non indossiamo vestiti formali e usiamo il tempo per parlare e divertirsi. Molte volte la famiglia di mia madre usa la notte del Ringraziamento di aspettare in fila per fare lo shopping venerd nero. Di fatto non c' alcuna differenza tra il Ringraziamento di oggi e il Ringraziamento di quando ero una bambina. Ora io non festeggio, ma la mia famiglia fa ancora le stesse cose. Prima che io nascessi la mia famiglia ha festeggiato il Ringraziamento molto formale. Indossavano abiti formali e da quello che ho sentito era meno divertente. Mi piace il Ringraziamento perch il giorno che la mia famiglia fa del tacchino, ma vorrei che l'avrebbe fatta pi spesso perch mi piace piu delle altre carni, ma nessuno lo cuoce eccezione il giorno del Ringraziamento.
