1.1. Mc tiu v i tng ca phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip
1.1.1. Mc tiu ca phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip
Phn tch ti chnh l tng th cc phng php c s dng nh gi tnh
hnh ti chnh qua v hin nay, gip cho nh qun l a ra c quyt nh
qun l chun xc v nh gi c cc hot ng sn xut kinh doanh ca doanh
nghip, t gip cho nhng i tng quan tm i ti nhng d on chnh xc
v mt ti chnh ca doanh nghip, qua c cc quyt nh ph hp vi li ch ca
chnh h.
C rt nhiu i tng quan tm v s dng thng tin kinh t ti chnh ca
doanh nghip. Mi i tng li quan tm theo gic v vi mc tiu khc nhau.
Do nhu cu v thng tin ti chnh ca doanh nghip rt a dng, i hi phn tch
ti chnh phi c tin hnh bng nhiu phng php khc nhau t p ng
nhu cu ca cc i tng quan tm. Chnh iu to iu kin thun li cho phn
tch ti chnh ra i, ngy cng han thin v pht trin nhng ng thi cng to ra
s phc tp ca phn tch ti chnh.
Phn tch ti chnh i vi nh qun l doanh nghip nhm p ng nhng
mc tiu sau:
- To ra nhng chu k u n nh gi hot ng qun l trong giai on
qua, vic thc hin cn bng ti chnh, kh nng sinh li, kh nng thanh ton v
ri ro trong doanh nghip ...
- Hng cc quyt nh ca Ban gim c theo chiu hng ph hp vi tnh
hnh thc t ca doanh nghip, nh quyt nh v u t, ti tr, phn phi li
nhun ...
- Phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip l c s cho nhng d on ti chnh
- Phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip l mt cng c kim tra, kim sot hot
ng trong doanh nghip.
Nh vy phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip l cng c hu ch c dng
xc nh gi tr kinh t, nh gi cc mt mnh, cc mt yu ca mt doanh
nghip, tm ra nguyn nhn khch quan v ch quan, gip cho nh qun l la chn
v a ra c nhng quyt nh ph hp vi thc trng hat ng sn xut kinh
doanh ca doanh nghip.
1.1.2. i tng ca phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip
Ti chnh doanh nghip l cc mi quan h phn phi di hnh thc gi tr
gn lin vi vic to lp v s dng cc qu tin t ca doanh nghip trong qu trnh
kinh doanh. V hnh thc, ti chnh doanh nghip phn nh s vn ng v chuyn

ha ca cc ngun lc ti chnh trong qu trnh phn phi to lp v s dng cc
qu tin t thuc hot ng ti chnh ca doanh nghip.
Qu trnh vn ng v chuyn ha cc ngun lc ti chnh trong tin trnh
phn phi to lp, s dng cc qu tin t thuc hot ng ti chnh ca doanh
nghip din ra nh th no, kt qu kinh t ti chnh ca s vn ng v chuyn ha
ra sao, c ph hp vi mc tiu mong mun ca cc i tng quan tm n ti
chnh ca doanh nghip l i tng nghin cu c th ca phn tch ti chnh
doanh nghip
Kt qu kinh t ti chnh thuc i tng nghin cu ca phn tch ti chnh
doanh nghip, c th l kt qu ca tng khum, tng b phn, tng quan h kinh
t, tng quyt nh kinh t nh mua vo, bn ra, b phn A, B; quan h kinh t ni
snh, ngoi sinh, quyt nh s dng vn ch s hu, vn vay ... cng c th l kt
qu tng hp ca c qu trnh vn ng v chuyn ha cc ngun lc ti chnh DN.
Thng thng, mi hat ng kinh t ca mi i tng u c mc tiu, k hoch
c th. V vy phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip hng vo vic kt qu thc hin
cc mc tiu, k hoch t ra hoc l kt qu t c cc k trc ng thi
xc nh kt qu c t c trong tng lai hay khng.
1.2. Cc phng php phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip
phn tch ti chnh DN c th s dng mt hay tng hp cc phng php
khc nhau trong h thng cc phng php phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip.
Nhng phn tch ti chnh s dng ph bin l: phng php so snh, phng php
lin h i chiu, phng php phn tch nhn t, phng php th, phng php
tan ti chnh ... Tuy nhin hin nay khi phn tch ti chnh c th s dng mt s
phng php c bn sau
1.2.1. Phng php nh gi
y l phng php hay s dng trong phn tch ti chnh doanh nghip ng
thi c s dng trong nhiu giai on khc nhau ca qu trnh phn tch. Thng
thng nh gi ngi ta c th s dng cc phng php sau:
a. Phng php so snh: y l phng php c s dng phi bin trong
phn tch kinh t ni chung, phn tch ti chnh ni ring. Trong phn tch thng
hay s dng 2 k thut so snh
- K thut so snh bng s tuyt i: thy c s bin ng v s tuyt i
cu ch tiu phn tch
- K thut so snh bng s tng i: thy c thc t so vi k gc ch
tiu tng hay gim bao nhiu %
b. Phng php phn chia
y l phng php c s dng chia nh qu trnh v kt qu thnh
nhng b phn khc nhau phc v cho mc tiu nhn thc qu trnh v kt qu

di nhng kha cnh khc nhau ph hp vi mc tiu quan tm ca i tng phn
tch trong tng thi k. Thng thng trong qu trnh phn tch, ngi ta thng chi
tit qu trnh pht sinh v kt qu t c qua nhng ch tiu kinh t theo cc tiu
thc sau:
- Chi tit theo yu t cu thnh ca ch tiu nghin cu: l vic chia nho ch
tiu nghin cu thnh cc b phn cu thnh nn bn thn ch tiu
- Chi tit theo thi gian pht sinh qu trnh v kt qu kinh t: l vic chia nh
qu trnh v kt qu theo trnh t thi gian pht sinh v pht trin
- Chi tit theo khng gian pht sinh ca hin tng v kt qu kinh t: l vic
chia nh qu trnh v kt qu theo a im pht sinh v pht trin ca ch tiu
nghin cu.
c. Phng php lin h i chiu: l phng php phn tch s dng nghin
cu xem xt mi lin h kinh t gia cc s kin v hin tng kinh t, ng thi
xem xt tnh cn i ca cc ch tiu kinh t trong qu trnh thc hin cc hot
ng.
1.2.2. Phng php phn tch nhn t l phng php c s dng thit
lp cng thc tnh ton cc ch tiu kinh t ti chnh trong mi quan h vi cc nhn
t nh hng. Trn c s mi quan h gia ch tiu c s dng phn tch v
cc nhn t nh hng m s dng h thng cc phng php xc nh mc nh
hng ca tng nhn t v phn tch tnh cht nh hng ca cc nhn t n ch
tiu phn tch
a. Phng php xc nh mc nh hng ca cc nhn t: l phng php
c s dng xc nh mc nh hng c th ca tng nhn t n ch tiu
nghin cu. Thng thng trong phn tch ti chnh thng s dng 3 phng php
sau:
- Phng php thay th lin han: c s dng khi ch tiu phn tch c quan
h vi nhn t nh hng th hin di dng phng trnh tch hoc thng s.
- Phng php s chnh lch: y h qu ca phng php thay th lin han,
c p dng khi nhn t nh hng c quan h tch s vi ch tiu phn tch
- Phng php cn i: y l phng php c s dng xc nh mc
nh hng ca cc nhn t nu ch tiu phn tch c quan h vi nhn t nh hng
di dng tng hoc hiu s
b. Phng php phn tch tnh cht ca cc nhn t
Sau khi xc nh c mc nh hng ca cc nhn t, c th nh gi
v d on hp l, trn c s a ra cc quyt nh v cch thc hin cc quyt
nh cn tin hnh phn tch tnh cht nh hng ca cc nhn t. Vic phn tch
c thc hin thng qua vic ch r v gii quyt cc vn nh: ch r mc

2. MT S NI DUNG PHN TCH TI CHNH DOANH
NGHIP
2.1. Phn tnh hnh ngun vn ca doanh nghip
Tnh hnh ngun vn ca doanh nghip th hin qua c cu v s bin ng
ca ngun vn. C cu ngun vn l t trng ca tng loi ngun vn trong tng
s. Thng quan t trng ca tng ngun vn chng nhng nh gi c chnh sch
ti chnh ca doanh nghip, mc mo him ti chnh thng qua chnh sch m
cn cho php thy c kh nng t ch hay ph thuc v ti chnh ca doanh
nghip. Nu t trng ngun vn ca ch s hu cng nh chng t s c lp v ti
chnh ca doanh nghip cng thp v ngc li.
Mi loi ngun vn ca doanh nghip li bao gm nhiu b phn khc nhau,
nhng b phn c nh hng khng ging nhau n mc c lp hay ph
thuc v ngha v ca doanh nghip i vi tng ngun vn y cng khng ging
nhau.
Vic t chc huy ng vn trong k ca doanh nghip nh th no, c p
ng nhu cu SXKD hay khng c phn nh thng qua s bin ng ca ngun
vn v chnh s bin ng khc nhau gia cc loi ngun vn cng s lm c cu
ngun vn thay i.
Phn tch c cu v s bin ng ca ngun vn khi qut nh gi kh
nng t ti tr v mt ti chnh DN, xc nh mc c lp t ch trong SXKD
hoc nhng kh khn m DN gp phi trong vic khai thc ngun vn.
Phng php phn tch l so snh tng loi ngun vn gia cui k vi u
nm c v s tuyt i ln s tng i, xc nh v so snh gia cui k vi u
nm v t trng tng loi ngun vn trong tng s xc nh chnh lch c v s
tin, t l v t trng.
Nu ngun vn ca ch s hu chim t trng cao v c xu hng tng th
iu cho thy kh nng t m bo v mt ti chnh ca DN l cao, mc ph
thuc v mt ti chnh i vi cc ch n thp v ngc li,
Tuy nhin khi xem xt cn n chnh sch ti tr ca DN v hiu qu KD
m DN t c, nhng thun li v kh khn trong tng lai...

ngun vn u t XDCB (tng 200 triu ng vi t l tng l 5,26%) iu th
hin cng ty ch n t chc khai thc v huy ng cc ngun vn ca chnh
mnh . Tuy nhin trong thi k li sut kinh doanh cao hn li sut vay mn th

2.2. Phn tch tnh hnh m bo ngun vn cho hot ng kinh
doanh
tin hnh sn xut kinh doanh cc doanh nghip cn c ti sn bao g m
TSL v TSC. hnh thnh 2 loi ti sn ny phi c cc ngun vn ti tr
tng ng bao gm ngun vn ngn hn v ngun vn di hn.
Ngun vn ngn hn l ngun vn m DN s dng trong khong thi gian
di 1 nm cho HSXKD, bao gm cc khan n ngn hn, n qu hn, n nh
cung cp v n phi tr ngn hn khc. Ngun vn di hn l ngun vn DN s
dng lu di cho hot ng kinh doanh, bao gm ngun vn ch s hu, ngun vn
vay n trung, di hn ...
Ngun vn di hn trc ht c u t hnh thnh TSC, phn d ca
ngun vn di hn v ngun vn ngn hn c u t hnh thnh TSL. Chnh
lch gia ngun vn di hn vi TSC hay gia TSL vi ngun vn ngn hn
c gi l vn lu ng thng xuyn.

TSC, doanh nghip phi u t mt phn ngun vn ngn hn, TSL khng p
ng nhu cu thanh ton n ngn hn, cn cn thanh ton ca doanh nghip mt
thng bng, DN phi dng 1 phn TSC thanh ton np ngn hn n hn tr.
Trong trng hp nh vy, gii php ca DN l tng cng huy ng vn ngn hn
hp php hoc gim quy m u t di hn hoc thc hin ng thi c hai gii
php .
+ Khi Ngun vn di hn > TSC hoc TSL > Ngun vn ngn hn c
ngha l ngun vn thng xuyn < 0 c ngha l VL thng xuyn > 0, ngun
vn di hn d tha sau khi u t vo TSC, phn d tha u t v TSL.

khng cn nhn vn ngn hn ti tr cho nhu cu kinh doanh.

mnh v ti chnh DN, trc tin DN phi c VL thng xuyn >=0 ngha l m
bo ti tr TSC bng ngun vn di hn. Nu nhu cu VL thng xuyn > 0 thi
phi tm cch gim hng tn kho, tng thu t cc khan phi thu ca khch hng;
Nu nhu cu VL thng xuyn < 0 th phi c cc bin php hn ch vay ngn
hn t bn ngai.

2.3. Phn tch s bin ng v c cu phn b vn
Tng s vn ca DN bao gm 2 loi: Vn c nh v vn lu ng. Vn nhiu
hay t, tng hay gim, phn b cho tng khu, tng giai on hp l hay khng s
nh hng ln n kt qu kinh doanh v tnh hnh ti chnh ca DN. Phn tch s
bin ng v tnh hnh phn b vn l nh gi tnh hnh tng gim vn, t
nh gi vic s dng vn ca DN c hp l hay khng. phn tch c th tin
hnh theo cc bc sau:

- Th nht: xem xt s bin ng ca Tng ti sn (vn) cng nh tng loi
ti sn thng qua vic so snh gia cui k vi u nm c v s tuyt i ln s
tng i ca tng ti sn cng nh chi tit i vi tng loi ti sn. Qua thy
c s bin ng v quy m kinh doanh, nng lc kinh doanh ca DN.
Khi xem xt vn ny, cn quan tm n tc ng ca tng loi ti sn
i vi qu trnh kinh doanh v chnh sch ti chnh ca DN trong vic t chc huy

Qua bng phn tch trn cho ta thy
- Cui k tng ti sn ca DN ang qun l v s dng l 28980 triu ng,
trong TSL v TNH l 16190 triu chim 44,13%. So vi u nm, tng ti
sn tng ln 1130 triu ng vi t l tng l 4,06% (TSC v TDH tng 1140
triu cn TSL v TNH gim 10 triu). iu cho thy quy m v vn ca DN
tng ln v cui k, quy m sn xut kinh doanh ca DN c m rng.
- Xem xt tng loi ti sn ta thy:
+ TSC v cc khan TDH ca DN tng ln, c bit l TSC ca DN tng
900 triu vi t l tng l 10,11%, ring TSC hu hnh tng v nguyn gi l 400
triu, iu ny cho thy c s vt cht k thut ca DN c tng cng, chi ph
XDCB gim 100 triu cho bit mt s cng trnh XDCB han thnh, c bn
giao v a vo s dng lm tng gi tr TCS. Khon u t ti chnh di hn tng

nhng.
Kt lun: Nh vy vic phn b vn DN c s ci thin r rt: tng cc loi
TS cn thit m rng quy m, tng NLSX, gim cc loi TS khng cn thit, to
iu kin s dng vn hiu qu. Tuy nhin cng cn ch n kh nng thanh tan
ca khc hng c quan h lm n, hn ch ri ro pht sinh trong khu thanh ton, d

2.4. Phn tch tc lun chuyn vn lu ng
Vn lu ng l biu hin bng tin ca TSL. Trong qu trnh SX, vn lu
ng ca DN lin tc vn ng qua cc giai on khc nhau ca chu k sn xut
kinh doanh. Mi giai on hnh thc biu hin ca vn lu ng s thay i, u
tin l Vn tin t -> Vn d tr SX -> Vn SX -> Vn trong thanh ton v quay
tr li vn tin t. Qu trnh din ra lin tc v thng xuyn lp li tao thnh
mt chu trnh lun chuyn ca VL. VL ca DN quay vng nhanh c ngha
quan trng bi n th hin vi mt ng vn t hn, DN c th to ra mt kt qu
nh c hay cng ng vn nh vy, nu quay vng nhanh hn s to ra nhiu kt
qu hn.

- Doanh thu hot ng ti chnh khng thay i. Trong khi chi ph ti chnh
tng 10 triu ng vi t l tng 5%, iu ny chng t trong nm DN s dng
cc ngun vn vay vi li sut cao hn k trc.
- Chi ph bn hng tng 100 triu ng vi t l tng 25% lm li nhun
thun t HKD gim 100 triu ng. Chi ph bn hng tng nu khng c khan
chi no lng ph bt hp l th iu s lm gia tng doanh thu bn hng v thc t
doanh thu bn hng ca DN tng 42,86%
- Chi ph qun l DN khng thay i trong khi lng hng tiu th tng th
hin hiu qu qun l HSXKD ca DN l kh tt.

2.6. Phn tch tnh hnh lu chuyn tin t ca doanh nghip
Ti liu phn tch ch yu l s liu trn bo co lu chuyn tin t. y l
bo co cung cp thng tin cho ngi s dng nh gi cc thay i trong ti sn
thun, c cu ti chnh, kh nng chuyn i thnh tin ca ti sn , kh nng thanh
ton v kh nng ca DN trong vic to ra cc lung tin trong qu trnh hot ng.
Bo co lu chuyn tin t (BCLCTT) lm tng kh nng nh gi khch
quan tnh hnh hot ng KD ca DN v kh nng so snh gia cc doanh nghip v
n loi tr c nh hng ca cc phng php k tan khc nhau cho cng mt
giao dch v hin tng.
Bo co lu chuyn tin t dng xem xt v d on kh nng v s lng,
thi hn v tin cy ca cc lung tin trong tng lai; dng kim tra li cc
nh gi, d on trc y v cc lung tin, kim tra mi quan h gia kh nng
sinh li vi lng lu chuyn tin thun v nhng tc ng ca thay i gi c. V

qut kh nng thanh ton ca DN, song nhng h s ny phn nh kh nng thanh
ton c tnh ton da vo s liu trn BCKT ch l nhng h s tnh ti, trong 1
thi im c th do khng xt n tc lu chuyn ti sn v tnh hnh thc t ca
doanh nghip.

2.7.1. Phn tch tnh hnh thanh ton
Tnh hnh thanh ton ca doanh nghip phn nh r nt cht lng hot ng
ti chnh ca doanh nghip. Nu hot ng ti chnh tt, doanh nghip s t cng n,
t b chim dng vn cng nh t i chim dng vn. Ngc li, nu hot ng ti
chnh km s dn n tnh trng chim dng vn ln nhau, cc khon cng n phi
thu, phi tr s ko di.

Th hin kh nng huy ng v tin mt v cc ti sn c th chuyn nhanh
thnh tin (c tnh thanh khon cao) p ng cho vic thanh ton n ngn hn m
cc ch n yu cu. So vi h s kh nng thanh ton ngn hn th trong cng thc
xc nh h s kh nng thanh ton tc thi khng tnh n cc khon tn kho, v
khng phi l loi ti sn c kh nng dng thanh ton cao (c bit l khi li

Ch tiu ny phn nh tc chuyn cc khon phi thu ra tin mt. Vng

nghip khng b chim dng v khng phi u t nhiu vo vic thu hi cc khan
phi thu. Nu vng quay nh chng t doanh nghip b chim dng vn ln gy ra

c. K thu tin trung bnh
K thu tin trung bnh phn nh s ngy ca mt vng quay cc khon phi
thu. Vng quay cc khon phi thu cng ln th k thu tin trung bnh cng nh v
ngc li. K thu tin trung bnh cao c ngha l doanh nghip b chim dng vn
trong thanh ton, kh nng thu hi vn chm, doanh nghip cn phi c bin php
