Location analysis: comprehensive demographic analysis and pedestrian/vehicular count. On the corner or an avenue, etc. Everything has to be balanced, this one is often neglected. 18 9. Manufacturing plan: plant size, machinery, capacity and inventory. Warehouse vs factory imageetc. Emotional intelligence quotient: empathy for other people, a situation, etc. EQ refers to: Personality traits Communication abilities Social graces Language usage Effectiveness in relating to others EQ measured Emotional empathy (ability to associate with others experience) Achieving tendency (ability to stick with it and endure obstacles) Emotional Thinking (go beyond immediate logic and think on a deeper level) Relaxed temperament (ability to let go or go with the flow and wisdom to differentiate) Cahills commandments Know what you want your audience to do, think or feel Decide what your listener needs to know.
