Model the way
Reflecting in all the years I've been at Hodges, I realize the importance of being an
example to others. For this reason, I consciously make decisions and accept the consequences of
my actions; I am ready to account for them and accept any task by being dependant. I fulfill what
I promise which shows my efficiency, and try to take on more responsibilities. I make decisions
based on facts I have before me, but if I am wrong, I acknowledge the mistake and learn from
them.
I want to grow in my company, and it is for this reason that I have an attitude that allows
me to pre-empt problems before they happen, to have tested the solutions before it is too late,
even before they are requested. I face problems and solve them successfully and endure the
pressures of immediate superiors with a big smile and showing that it is a challenge and not a
problem, besides having an excellent relationship with my co-workers.
Inspired a shared vision
As often as possible, I communicate the company's strategic direction in which I consider
necessary to study social and cultural aspects related to the company. In doing so, I develop and
challenge my skills and abilities. I work with people of all kinds of backgrounds, and that is why
I dedicate time to deepen relationships with each co-worker and show sincere interest in what
each of them believe and every one of their ideas, thus they trust me. I usually have a smile on
my face and have good attitude. I think doing this promotes good vibes and makes everybody
works harder and better without feeling over whelmed.

There are many things we can achieve in my company, and I make sure I talk to everyone
about it. I talk to my boss very frequently on how to reach our goals, and what we are doing right
to get there. All of us, as a company, try to follow the companys rules and regulations, as well
as its procedures. I visit employees in my department at least once a week to have a little talk on
what they are working on and how much can I learn from them. It is amazing how much
knowledge you can gain from doing so.
I do my job effectively and with initiative, fix the problems I face, I collaborate with
decisions based on corporate goals, and I'm sincere and professional.
Enable Others to Act
I properly manage and treat all human resources of the company as required and I
dedicate and commit myself. I always act honestly and ethically under rules as morally
acceptable, and obey and seek in the company where my labor also continues to face value for
the development of better behavior and growth. I like keeping the best image in my office, and I
also like to provide ideas and projects that show my innovation. I took control of how I work
daily in the office. I react very calmly in crisis situations, which is why my boss knows she can
count on me in any given situation.
I understand the importance of respect. Respect means valuing others, considering their
authority and dignity, and recognizing their virtues. Respect is very important in life, but more so
at work. Respect welcomes the truth, and it does not tolerate lies under any circumstances. I
show respect toward my co-workers by being friendly and courteous; this respect is a guarantee
of transparency of my part. That is, a sincere acceptance of their qualities, attitudes and opinions,
an understanding of their shortcomings. In other words, I do not feel superior or inferior to
anybody. We all have the same responsibilities and possibilities.

Encourage the Heart
The best way to encourage co-workers is to provide full and complete attention, interest
and concentration. The people you work with look forward to receive attention and also price
them for they do a job well done, or when they reach a milestone. Just a little care, a card, a
smile, a "thank you very much" or any other unexpected attention. I try to create a good
environment around my co-workers and be communicative at all levels. I listen and understand
when a co-worker has a problem by learning to take the place of others. Instead of thinking of
the problem, I focus on the solution and how I can help the matter.
