SMART - how do you evaluate, and analyze, the stations, territory, for manning? By multiplying the station's, market share by the total number of production recruiters, assigned to the district. This, will give you the Recruiter Assignment Factor. The RAF, translates the market share, for the district. Districts will then assign recruiters according to the RAF.
SMART - how do you evaluate, and analyze, the stations, territory's production, for historical data. You would look at your STEAM history report, and STEAM totals report. They will show you the current, plus last three years of contracts written by all services. Compare what percentage of the market between all three years.
SMART - Explain how WEB STEAM, and A SAD, are utilized when determining manning! By multiplying the station's, market share by the total number of production recruiters, assigned to the district.
