Customer Support Representative (Seasonal)

Course Hero is looking for a friendly, experienced part-time customer service representative with a great sense of humor and problem-solving mindset to join our growing team.

You will:
  • Support customers via phone, email and various other communication channels, including chat and social media
  • Answer general questions about the Course Hero platform, including our site functionality and policies
  • Ensure the highest quality service to our customers, instilling each interaction with a positive member experience
  • Work with the Support Team to resolve all customer-related issues
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys and use it to constantly improve the Course Hero experience
  • Assist in other support responsibilities on a daily basis
We're looking for:
  • A seasonal part-time Customer Support Representative (March through June), with the potential for a full-time role in the future
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • Friendly, upbeat personality and demonstrated experience owning a customer issue and following through on it until the customer is happy
  • Clear communication, collaboration and organizational skills
  • A goal-oriented, self-starter
  • Computer proficiency, tech savvy, and the ability to multi-task on a regular basis
