We stand with students.
We’re all navigating the unprecedented impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) spread in our communities—and students are on the front lines.
We know you’re facing many challenges and unknowns right now. We want to do what we can to help.
We are confident that the Course Hero service will not be interrupted. You’ll be fully supported as you adjust to online-only classes for the foreseeable future.
Our hearts go out to those of you who are dealing with an abrupt move, losing on-campus jobs, canceled graduations, and rushed good-byes with friends. We know you also have practical challenges—from Internet access to sufficient computer access and more—and are adjusting to a new reality.
During this difficult time for students, we are taking steps to help:
- We are making an initial gift of $200,000 to support Student Emergency Relief. We’re building partnerships with the University Innovation Alliance, Edquity, and other organizations that are working to get funds to students in need. Please let us know here if you are interested. We will reach out when the program is fully activated.
- Several colleges and universities are launching school-specific emergency funds. Here is an early list of college emergency funds. We will keep you informed as this list grows.
- We also know that studying, test taking, and learning are in major flux. In order to help ease your transition, we have gathered the most proven techniques and successful systems to succeed at online learning.
In the coming days and weeks, we’ll be featuring students who have been successfully working online for years, and we’ll share their best advice and ideas with you. We’re also working with faculty across the country to provide resources and support as they adjust to online teaching. We will continue to share this information with them and you.
I wish you the best as we together navigate this new college experience.
Please stay healthy, stay safe, and stay connected. Keep up your spirits! And we want to hear from you.
