Patel Smith hired a man as her attorney for a real estate case. She lost the case, and he took on a second case for her. This time, he said he should bring his mentor in because he wasn’t experienced enough to handle the case, but apparently he had never said there would be more legal fees associated with the mentor so she is suing for the $6000. The judge dismissed the case because of the lack of evidence of her ever paying the $6000.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
