Rational, Natural, and Open Systems 2 Rational, Natural, and Open Systems Diverse approaches such as socialization, collaboration, standard setting, and power use are often presented in organizations (Davis & Scott, 2016). In the past 50 years, two trends – (1) the growth of digital technology, most recently including the resurgence of artificial intelligence, and (2) the globalization of finances, trade, and manufacture – have fundamentally altered business organizations and transformed their ideas about what they can achieve (Baum & Haveman, 2020). As technical, political-economic, or cultural changes take place, the organization of business is often evolving. Society cannot survive without organizations. Defining an entity in terms of various aspects of organizations varies the definition. Consistent processes through which organizations theory focuses about how organizations are organized, the strategies used to manage them, the philosophies underlying their architecture, and so on about why it was achieved, as well as on their ability to manage the activities (Davis & Scott, 2016). Data- driven organizations have been developed by meticulous analysis conducted by large corporations. When it comes to business theories, three main theoretical approaches are based on rational, natural, and open perspectives. Looking at organizations from various viewpoints allows you to gain unique insights regarding their image. Defining Characteristics A formalized structure is almost taken for granted by everyone, there are few that recognize the enormous contribution of their actions to productivity (Scott & Davis, 2016). There are a lot of creative structures that think of their internal framework as a rational method for effective goal fulfillment. Members who have explicit objectives in mind when making their decisions are selected and there are strictly prescribed rules and responsibilities that reduce the complexity of how participants communicate with each other, guiding their actions through dialogue (Őnday, 2018). In contrast, a natural perspective approach takes into consideration the varying complexity of goals while concentrating on concrete,

Goal-specific rational theory-oriented thinkers emphasize precision and operationalization because each contributes to the operationality of organizational behavior.
