Physics 107 Hauck Chapter 4 1. Speed is how fast an object is going, velocity is how fast and what direction an object is going. If a car is going a constant speed but traveling in a circle. 2. Conservation of momentum-total momentum of interacting objects cannot change as long as no external force is acting on them.
