Have you ever tried to explain something over the phone? Have any of you tried to get a point across to your parents and explained and explained, but they seemed confused at what you were asking for or why you were asking for it? These are all things that relate to communication, they affect us all in good and bad ways. Today we will learn how to communicate better, and what to say and do have better communication skills.” Assessment: Observation and verbal discussion, clarification and reflection.
