IntroductionThe high levels of stress and even inadequate sleeping hours may affect the health of college students both physically and even mentally. Insufficient sleep is also most likely to provide effects on emotional well-being and finally affect the academic success of college students. Among the leading outcomes of academic success in college students, it is the stress accompanied by insufficient sleep. This may be due to sleeping of minimal hours as expected forthe better success of the college students. It can also be outlined clearly that among the factors used to reduce the stress factors that are most likely to affect the academic success of college students, minimizing stressors should be put into place. Strategies to cope with the health of college students should also be clearly outlined and practiced.
