Research Article SummaryIn the summary of the research there are some articles that are used under the topic that is how stress,sleep are correlated with college student success. These articles are to clearly outline the benefits ofsleep in the studying of the college students. They will also outline clearly on the effects of stress in theacademic journeys of different students in their different given colleges. Therefore, the articles areexpected to help widely in this field of researching about the correlation of sleep and stress in theacademics of different college students. They will clearly outline the sleeping moments of the childrenand even the various methods to avoid and even deal with the unnecessary stress.
AbstractThis research aims to get into deep details about how the stress and sleep is correlating with the collegestudents in their academics. In this research, I will be researching the causes and effects of stress in thecollege students. I will go further and research on the schedules that the college students are expectedto sleep and wake up. This will also include different types of managing personal time. The research willalso outline further the sleeping habits. The research will include on how the sleep is even related withthe stress of the college students. How sleep is affecting college students in their matters that areinvolving their academic success. It will be able to also outline how the sleep is affecting the academicperformance of college students. There are possible research questions that will be considered in theactivity. This may include the similarities and differences that can be clearly outlined in different effectsof sleep on stress in different college students. Advantages of sleeping and their disadvantages will alsobe outlined including the effects of stress at large.IntroductionFrom the high levels of stress and even the inadequate sleeping hours, this may affect the healthy of thecollege students both physically and even mentally. Insufficient sleep is also most likely to provide effectson the emotional well being and finally affect the academic success of the college students. Amongst theleading effects of academic success in the college students it is the stress that is accompanied by theinsufficient sleep. This may be due to sleeping of very limited hours as expected for the better success ofthe college students. It can also be outlined clearly that among the factors that are used to reduce thestress factors that is most likely to affect the academic success of the college students, minimizingstressors should be put into place. Strategies to cope the healthy of college students should also beclearly outlined and practiced. Therefore, the consequences of excessive stress may lead to a lot ofeffects in the academic success of the college students (NYU Web Communications, n.d.).
