Persuasive Speech Outline: Studying Abroad I. Introduction A. You’re still on the plane, about ready to land. It was a long flight, but that doesn’t take away from your excitement. You’re about to embark on an unforgettable journey, in a different country. This is just an example of the kinds of feelings someone would be having if they were traveling to another country. I believe it’s beneficial to seize any opportunity available to travel internationally, and the best way to do that for students, is to study abroad. 1. According to www.csmonitor.com from 2007, since 1997, there has been a 55% increase in the number of students that study abroad. B. There are so many benefits to doing so; you’ll become familiar with a different culture, experience personal growth, and get a fair price for your travels.
