Jane E.Brody collect data from both academic journals (the Journal of Adolescent Health), but alsoreferences doctors from different medical centres, offering different perspectives which bothstrengthen her argument. This article showcases the list of advantages sleep can bring collegestudents, which is useful to my paper as I will be proposing this idea to many Deans of Students.
