Managers and directos share the same qualities. Both are leaders of a group. Their job  is to tell their group what they need to do so the job can get done. They need to to this  firmly so the group know that they are not messing aroung. On the other hand, they  cannot be too firm where the group is too afaid to talk to them or ask them a question.  Both directors and managers need to be excellent communication. Without  communication, task are not done either to potential or not at all. Communication is a  very important trait in a director and a manger. Examples: A director first needs to good communication skills. A director needs to be able to tell  what he or she expects from the actors and actresses. If the director does not clearly tell  the actors what he or she wants, the production will not turn out the way that it is  suppose to.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
