OVERALL REFLECTION My name is Shanmugapriyan A/L Anbalagan, from the Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies . In this semester, I was taking wellness management (PEC 800) subject which is lectured by the Lecturer Kamarull Bahar bin Ghazali. This subject is mainly focused about wellness management which is about health related issues and activity. There are many activities were conducted in this wellness management class. All the activities are done in a group form. Each group was consists of 9 to 10 students. So totally there were 6 groups are formed. Each group were assigned to conduct an activity each week which is related to wellness management. All the groups were choosed their topics and updated to the lecturer. As a start, Group 1 was conducted an home workout activity. This activity was carried out in online platform which is zoom. The objective of this activity is to give awareness of fitness and its benefits to the students. Group 1 members was taught the students to do some home workout activity such as squat, push ups, skipping and much more. Each of the group members was explained about each home workout. By this activity, I get knew the meaning of fitness, types of fitness, ways to do fitness and its benefits as well. The most suprsing thing for me is the benefits of home workout activity. For the week 2, Group 2 members was conducted Yoga and meditation activity. This activity is purposed for giving awareness about doing yoga and its benefits to the students. From this activity, I was learned some benefits of yoga especially such yoga reduces stress among college students. The most popular reason why people are start to do yoga is to reduce stress because college students experience even more stress from day by day.pressure from family and friends to succeed, financial pressures and a social situation are accumulating. Taking a few minutes each day for yoga can help reduce and relieve stress as well. So, this activity was so helpful for me to learn about the yoga as well.After that, for the week 3, Group 3 was presents about first aid
