I deal withstress daily, which might lead to burnout. Everyone reacts to stress invarious ways, and how they deal with it is also a personal decision.Stress has an impact on one's entire health, therefore it is critical to takecare of yourself before it damages the body. On our end, we mayminimize stress by reducing alcohol, caffeine, everyday stresses, etc.
