Unspecified sprain. SLAP tear. COMPARISON: None available. TECHNIQUE: Oblique coronal T2 and fat saturated proton density weighted images. Oblique sagittal T1 and fat saturated proton density weighted images. Axial fat saturated proton density weighted images. Imaging was performed on a high field MRI scanner. Patient returned for repeat imaging due to significant motion artifact. The completed study was submitted for interpretation on 02/05/2020. FINDINGS: Acromioclavicular Joint: A 2 cm unfused secondary ossification center of the distal acromion or possibly an os acromiale. Unremarkable AC joint. Intact coracoclavicular ligaments. Type II acromion morphology with anterior tilting abutting the suprahumeral cuff but no significant lateral downsloping.
