According to the hotel Wedding Specialist Lauren Schardt, every weekend she has up to three weddings in a day. Taking a look at The Knot website where many reviews are posted from couples, parents, and even guest of wedding venues, entertainment and more. This website provided a lot of positive comments about the amazing venue options provided by the hotel. With The research that was found we put together a spreadsheet of comments; to provide evidence on how well the hotel is doing in that region. This research is as well will find strengths, weaknesses, and trends of St. Francis and its competitor Sir Francis Drake Hotel. Service63.33% positive, 2.22% neutral and 0 % negative comments. Majority of the positive outcome from reviews came from the excellent service that was delivered by the wonderful wedding specialist and/or the catering service. Out of the 36% of service reviews there were, all positive reviews. From communication, delivery, convenience, and outcome; customers ranted about how much they felt welcomed, and easy it was to communicate. Data shows a category for specialist. This category will determine who assisted them with the wedding plans. We wanted to make sure that Lauren Schardts was not the “value” of the hotel wedding booking. We concluded that no matter who specialized in the planning of the individual wedding, that it was still positive
remarks. Service was the number one commented topic. This area is not an issue when it comes to the St. Francis.
