There is a difference between critiquing and humiliating. Critique is an evaluation process to wider appreciation and helps or repairs works. Insulting is an action or disrespectful statement. There is a procedure to critique someone, hamburger method (there are a lot of other names for this method). before critiquing someone, we should give a compliment, then a critique, and it should be closed with a compliment. This is the second chance for me to work for a jewelry store. Here, the workers are very kind, and always give suggestions and help each other. I can freely ask questions when I don’t know something. They also tell me anything that I do wrong without judging. They are free and ready to help when I have a problem. From this experience, I know that I am lucky to have very cooperative and supportive workmates. A critique should come with a suggestion that will help a lot of processes in developing something.
