Case Study- Home Builders2Which of the four types of studies are presented in this case?Emil, the president of Herobuilders.com Corporation did an exploratory research of the topic of making action figures. In this regard he had an idea and wanted to expand on it for the benefit of making action figures. The idea of making action figures after some prominent figures emerged soon after 9/11. Some observational studies were included in this case. Cross-sectional was here in that Emil used his current business to help create a new business. The idea he had moving forward presented itself when he was just creating action figures on his own using the equipment from the BBC Design Group. Another study found was descriptive research. Descriptive studies can be purely descriptive, or they can be descriptive comparative. Trends over time can be explored using longitudinal data collection methods, whereas cross-sectional data collection methods provide an opportunity to describe and compare naturally occurring groups, such as gender, education, or age groups (Siedlecki, 2020). Similar to the E-commerce adoption possibilities in the UAE study, this case created a niche in E-commerce where one was not made. Also, the existing Internet penetration rate in the region confirms the availability of threshold levels of virtual market that remain underutilized so far (Rajmohan, & Nimer Sabha, 2010).Using the criteria in Exhibit 1-6, evaluate the research that HeroBuilders.com conducted prior to launching its hero and villain action figure business.
