It also includes the processes and procedures for conducting communication and information planning. The Project Communication Management Plan will assist the Project Manager to determine if communication and information is conducted as required to ensure an effective project. In summary, the Project Communication Management Plan for the project will establish the communication and information activities, processes, and procedures for ensuring an effective project.
