LEADERSHIP An organisation’s success or failure is always connected with the leaders. A good leader or manager must use the most suitable leadership style to give orders, influence and motivate employees to work in a good and comfortable situation in order to achieve the organisation’s goals. LEADERSHIP STYLE Our organisation is using the decentralisation power. Ergo, the most suitable leadership style that should be possess in our food process company, Yum Fest is the democratic or participative leadership style. In this leadership style, the top-line managers and the first-line managers can make the decisions together through the discussions. This leadership style is human relation-oriented there we open the discussion with all members in the company. We encouraged our employees to give their opinion and ideas before the final decision made by the top-line managers. For example, in our organisation’s tactical planning, we will add more new production in order to achieve our strategic planning which are export our canned food to other countries and open new branches in other countries. But what new production that our organisation needs to produce that suitable our country and other countries consumer’s taste.
