1 Ethics – PHI202 The ethical concept or morality is vast and riddled with complexities. We has humans do have the innate desire and ability to strive ad do the right thing. We base these decisions on what we are taught throughout our childhood and apply those teachings as adults. In the absence of a substantially developed moral foundation, we as individuals and as a society would fail. As our textbook points out, we tend to place blame on the failures of evolution with respect to offering an explanation of human flaws. An example presented in our textbook points out that we blame carpal tunnel syndrome because our evolutionary primates did not have to use computers.
