Unformatted text preview: obeyed. These logs needed to be kept for a full week. At the end of the week, they needed to turn in their logs along with a written discussion of their experiences and anything they learned. What I like about this lesson plan: I like the original idea as well as the application of a historical truth in a modern context. This adds relevance to the History Classroom which I think is missing from the average lesson. What I did not like about this lesson plan: The detail is less than I had expected as well as the lack of a contingency/or alternative plan. This would be the plan that the instructor would use on the average day not a day when there is a substitute present or something similar. It also seems hard to duplicate for make up work also.
