Team leaders ororganizers develop teams considering roles that suit the members' personalities, specialties, andinterest levels. Suppose organizations develop with a view of the theory of Tuckman to teamdevelopment and Belbin's team duties. In that case, team members who behave like strangersconverge to work together to accomplish common goals become fruitful in no time.According to Tuckman, there are five stages of development of teams; the first one isforming, whereby team members meet first, team leaders need to facilitate introductions plushighlight the skills and background of each person. Team members are given the project detailsand a chance to organize their duties. The second stage is storming, whereby team membersshare ideas, and team leaders assist them by having plans to manage competitions (Blacket al.,2019).
