Transcript of Interview 1. What is your full name? a. Siu Yng Yeung 2. Where are you from? a. Yorktown, PA 3. Where were you born? a. Hong Kong, China 4. When did you move here from China? a. Summer of 2005 5. Why did your family move to the US? a. We chose to move here for immigration purposes and also to better my brother and I education. 6. What are the two most things you miss back in China? a. All of my friends and family from back home. 7. How is the lifestyle differing here from China? a. It is very busy in Hong Kong. Here in the US it is very laid back to me. Everyone goes just so slow here. 8. What was one of your first impressions here in the US? a. Everything is just going so slow here. Im so use to going fast and moving fast. I love having more freedom here. 9. What can you do here that you could not do in Hong Kong? a. Having a car in Hong Kong is very expensive. You have to buy a parking space that cost $500 a month so many people just use public transportation. If you have a car you are rich. 10. What are your favorite things about the US? a. Really to me the US is quite boring I really don’t have much of any favorite thing here. 11. Was it hard to adjust to living here?
