Stephanie Smith Professor Zeytinoglu Speech Communication March 22, 2008 Weekly Essay #9 Issues in Communication 17 Huan’s immediate behavioral goal for his job is to convey as much information as he possibly can without losing the concentration of the employees. Huan has a lot of information to tell the employees and only having two weeks to install and explain everything its quite hard. Huan is not successful in his goal. During the week of trouble shooting he still had people asking him very simple questions over and over again. Some of the answers were said in his meetings with his groups. Huan is very discouraged by everyone not understanding everything right away. Information Hunger is the audience’s need for the information contained in the presentation (Pearson et al 365). Information hunger helps Huan by telling him that the information that he is conveying to the employees is wanted by them because of the new technology. To the employees this information that Huan has is very important. This is called
